Memsense, Inc. (“Memsense”) designs and manufactures high-performance inertial measurement units and is based in Rapid City, South Dakota. Memsense and Inertial Labs have worked collaboratively over the past 5 years and Memsense has been a key supplier to Inertial Labs of an important component used in its systems. The acquisition allows Inertial Labs to have better control of this component and facilitates its ability to extend the technology to other applications and customers.
